Booking online and in advance is recommended to secure your best choice of appointment dates and times.

All services require a valid credit card & non-refundable deposit. This will be applied to your service date.

In person payments can be made via , Apple Pay, Zelle, Paypal, Cash & Credit card.

Once booked, an email confirmation will be sent with directions & parking options.

​Lake Balboa studio location , address will be provided once appointment is confirmed with deposit . Confirmation will be updated . No refunds on deposits or transferable when booked . Schedule is limited Saturday appointments will be charged 100% of the booking service if cancelled, no exceptions for Valley Appointments.

Please advise of relevant health conditions at the time of booking and when filling out your health form so that your esthetician & skin specialist can offer an experience tailored to your specific needs.

IMPORTANT: ANY & ALL appointments made, if canceled, are subject to booked cancellation fee or.

non refundable booking deposit will be forfeited. SATURDAYS are subject to FULL Booking fee/ price regardless of time when canceled .

If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time , 100% of the service fee of the booked services will be charged , minus deposit .

No Shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
